Mabara

Name in Kinyarwandan means "multi-colored face"

 

  • Pronunciation:  mah BAHR ah

  • An adult male, probably 15 years or older

  • Observed quite often by research team

  • Distinguishing physical characteristics:

Has dark markings around his eyes similar to a "Zorro" mask

These markings make Mabara easily identifiable to researchers

Missing fourth toe on left foot
